STAFF AFTERNOON TRAINING CLOSURE - THURSDAY 26 JUNE

THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED FROM 12.30PM ON THE AFTERNOON OF THURSDAY 26 JUNE FOR STAFF TRAINING.

IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION DURING THIS CLOSURE PLEASE PHONE NHS 24 ON 111.

THE SURGERY WILL REOPEN ON FRIDAY 27 JUNE AT 8.30AM.

Complaints

Although everyone at the Health Centre strives to achieve a high quality service we do however acknowledge that circumstances may arise when a patient, carer or a patients’ representative feels let down by the service they have received and we would actively encourage the individual to bring the matter to our attention.

The practice has adopted and participates in the NHS complaints systems. Complaints may be raised with Mrs Lawson, Patient Services Manager either in writing or by email. Alternatively you may raise a concern with another member of staff or a doctor.

Leaflets explaining the complaints procedure are available at reception.

Support

Making a formal complaint can be stressful for the people involved - for those making the complaint and for the staff involved. The practice offers support in making a complaint however if you prefer independent advice and support, please contact the Forth Valley Advocacy Service on 01324 557070

Suggestions
We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting room.
