We are delighted to have two new Pharmacists join the team for a one-year pilot. The Pharmacists will assist the GPs with processing prescriptions, medicines reconciliation following hospital admissions and outpatient appointments, medication reviews and dealing with medication queries. In return, the Practice will mentor a Pharmacist in their Advanced Clinical Assessment training. If you have any questions regarding your medication, please ask to speak to the Pharmacist instead of a GP.
ONLINE BOOKING FOR NURSE CLINICS
You can book nurse appointments online through the Patient Access website.
We offer patients the option of booking Asthma Review and Cervical Smear appointments with our practice nurses. If you wish to see a nurse regarding any other matter please telephone the surgery on 821777 or 822595 to allow the receptionist to book you an appointment with the appropriate nurse and the correct length of appointment time.
If you are not already registered for Patient Access online appointment booking but would like to, please ask at reception where staff will be able to provide you with secure login details to register for this service.
